The Chapter returns to one of the finest restaurants on Portland's Westside for the 2018 Annual Banquet. Hayden’s Lakefront Grill offers award winning food from local growers in a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere.

  • HOUSE SALAD - mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, carrots, red onions, croutons and parmesan cheese

  • Cedar Plank Salmon - fresh salmon baked and served on a cedar plank, finished with lemon caper sauce, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables
  • Chicken Cordon Blue - chicken breast stuffed with smoky ham and Swiss cheese, hand breaded with a forest mushroom sauce, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables
  • Coulotte Steak - grilled to medium and finished with our house demi-glace, served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables
  • Seasonal Vegetable Ravioli - fresh pasta stuffed with savory vegetable blend, especially popular with vegetarians
